MARCHIO UNICO NAZIONALE

MUN - Marchio Unico Nazionale (voluntary certification of conformity to genuine Italian manufacturing) allows Italian companies to obtain certification that identifies the genuine Italian origin of any product. MUN certification is granted after an inspection to ensure that the production systems and phases, as well as the raw materials and semi-finished products, comply with the protocol.

The MUN protocol won the 2005 Industry Award from the Ministry of Economic Development as the best tool for promoting and developing Made in Italy products and related exports.

MUN can be partially acquired by investors up to 40% of the profit shares; investors are entitled to 60% of the commissions generated by the trademark usage fees.

Each share starts at a minimum of €10,000 for a maximum of 4,000 allocated shares.
