BLACK STORM

Black Storm will be the first truly crypto-friendly European fund dedicated to innovative and cutting-edge companies in high value-added sectors.

Its primary target is to raise funds to support innovative Italian and international companies and the group's operations.

Twenty per cent of the fund will be allocated for a total of 10,000 shares of €10,000 each, each representing 0.002% of the shareholding.

The fundraising target is €100,000,000.

Subscribers will benefit from a 10% profit before EBIT and before the distribution of corporate profits.

Pending completion of the fundraising, the equivalent value of the shares will be used to purchase gold in order to guarantee coverage for subscribers.
