VENICEX ONE – REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FUND

VeniceX One is a platform for gathering investors in the real estate sector through cryptocurrencies.

The platform identifies buildings to purchase, renovate and resell in major Italian and foreign cities of art.

Each share starts at a minimum of €10,000 for a maximum of 5,000 allocated shares.

An agreement has been put in place with our construction partners whereby they carry out the renovation work at the actual cost incurred; they therefore receive 50% of the gross pre-tax profit generated by the sale of the property, with 25% of this gross profit reserved for investors.
